Account Security

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these limits will be processed.
3.2 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if verification or security checks are required.

Bonus Terms & Conditions
ak444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The general terms below apply to all bonuses.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳26,000 will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳41,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- If a bonus offer is not used within its validity period, it will be cancelled.
- An account cannot claim each bonus more than once.
- ak444 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse or fraud is suspected.
- There is no cash alternative in place of bonus funds.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
4.4 VIP Program
ak444's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, up to 1.2% at Platinum, and up to 1.5% at Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers based on your gaming experience and activity.
What Is Strictly Prohibited
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the ak444 platform:
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Fraudulent activity, hacking, use of bots or automated software.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
- Disrespectful behavior toward other players or staff.
- Creating multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Identity fraud or presenting false documents.
- Colluding with third parties to circumvent the platform's rules.
Any violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all winnings, and legal action if necessary.
